Growing more than trees.

Schools and communities are at the heart of a greener Northern Region.

NDT’s early tree-planting work included a reported 3,100 trees across six primary schools in 2019. In 2020, district committees were launched to support local development programmes.

The Trust’s published account reports 5,000 trees planted through the districts across the Northern Region. These are historical campaign figures, rather than a current total.
